Switch the eyes on, and the character completely changes, with animated digital expressions that make these figures stand out on a desk, shelf, gaming setup, office, or display.

What’s Included

Each Bright Eyes order includes:

1 Bright Eyes figure in your selected design
1 installed pair of rechargeable digital eyes
Built-in USB-C charging port
Built-in on/off power switch

USB-C charging cable and wall adapter are not included.

The eye system uses a standard USB-C connection, similar to the connection used by many newer iPhones, Samsung devices, and other electronic devices.

Tested Before It Leaves Average Joe’s 3D

We test every set of digital eyes before the completed figure is picked up or shipped.

For online orders, we'll email you a short video showing the digital eyes working on your actual figure before we ship the item. This confirms that both eye displays and the power system were functioning properly when the figure left Average Joe’s 3D.

Electronics & Care

Bright Eyes figures contain electronic components and should be handled with care.

For best results:

Keep the figure indoors and away from water
Avoid drops and impacts
Keep away from excessive heat
Do not modify or disassemble the electronic components
Use a standard USB-C charging connection
Treat the figure as a display collectible rather than a toy intended for rough play

Damage caused after delivery by drops, impacts, water exposure, improper charging, misuse, modification, or other customer handling is not eligible for refund or replacement.

If an online order arrives damaged during shipping or appears to have an issue immediately upon delivery, please contact Average Joe’s 3D as soon as possible so we can review the situation.

Made to Order

Bright Eyes characters are produced based on the design you select.

Because characters vary in size and complexity, production time may vary by design. Orders containing multiple Bright Eyes figures may require additional processing time.

If a larger order requires additional production time, Average Joe’s 3D will contact you after you place your order with an estimated completion date based on current order volume.

Limited Availability

The Bright Eyes Collection uses specialty electronic eye sets that are kept in limited quantities.

If a character or the collection becomes temporarily unavailable, we may need to order additional eye sets before we can produce more figures. We will update availability as additional components arrive.
