This website is operated by Average Joe’s 3D LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Average Joe’s 3D LLC.

By visiting our website, purchasing a product, or using any service provided through this site, you agree to these Terms of Service, as well as any additional policies referenced on our website, including our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Please review these terms before placing an order.

Online Store Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website.

You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

You may not attempt to interfere with, damage, disrupt, or misuse the website or any services connected to it.

Products

Average Joe’s 3D offers a variety of printed collectibles, display pieces, accessories, custom products, and other items.

Many products are made to order and may not be in finished inventory when an order is placed.

Because products are individually produced, minor differences may occur between the item you receive and the photos shown online.

These differences may include:

• Minor layer lines or seams
• Slight color variations
• Small differences in hand-painted details
• Minor surface variations
• Differences caused by filament batches, lighting, or screen settings

These are normal characteristics of the manufacturing and finishing process and are not considered defects.

Custom Colors & Custom Orders

Some products may be available in custom colors or configurations.

You can enter custom color requests using the Custom Color Request field when available on the product page.

No additional charge applies for a custom color request when the requested material is already in stock.

If a requested color or material is not normally carried by Average Joe’s 3D and must be purchased specifically for the order, an additional material charge may apply.

We will contact you before production begins if an additional charge is required.

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products may require additional production time.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may vary based on:

• Product size
• Design complexity
• Materials
• Electronics
• Finishing requirements
• Custom options
• Sales channel

Prices available through the Average Joe’s 3D website may differ from prices available at retail locations, vendor events, markets, or other sales channels.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Price changes do not affect orders already placed and paid for unless an obvious pricing or technical error occurred.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in situations involving:

• Pricing or listing errors
• Fraud or suspected fraud
• Payment problems
• Product availability
• Licensing restrictions
• Material availability
• An inability to fulfill a requested customization

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the appropriate amount to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel orders within 15 minutes of placing them.

After the 15-minute cancellation period, an order may have already entered production or material preparation and can no longer be canceled.

Bright Eyes & Electronic Products

Certain products, including the Bright Eyes Collection, contain rechargeable electronic components.

We test electronic components before pickup or shipment.

For online Bright Eyes orders, we may send the customer a short video showing the electronic eyes functioning on the actual figure before shipment.

Bright Eyes products require a standard USB-C connection for charging unless otherwise stated.

Charging cables and wall adapters are not included unless specifically stated in the product listing.

Electronic products should be kept away from:

• Water
• Excessive heat
• Drops and impacts
• Improper charging equipment
• Modification or disassembly

Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, modification, improper charging, water exposure, or other damage occurring after delivery is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Intellectual Property & Licensed Designs

Some products sold by Average Joe’s 3D are based on designs created by independent artists and designers.

Average Joe’s 3D produces and sells these products under applicable commercial licenses when required.

Ownership of the original design remains with the respective designer or rights holder.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use product photographs, Average Joe’s 3D branding, original graphics, website content, logos, written descriptions, or other original business materials without permission.

Purchase of a physical product does not transfer intellectual-property rights to the buyer.

Product Availability

Products may be limited by:

• Material availability
• Electronic component availability
• Designer licensing
• Production capacity
• Seasonal availability
• Discontinued designs

We may discontinue a product or design at any time.

Items identified as Last Chance, No Reprints, Clearance, or Final Sale may not be produced again once current inventory is sold.

Production Times

Production times are estimates and may vary.

Made-to-order products may require additional time depending on:

• Product size and complexity
• Current order volume
• Printer availability
• Material availability
• Custom-color requests
• Hand-painted details
• Electronic components
• Large or multiple-item orders

If an order requires significantly more production time than expected, Average Joe’s 3D may contact the customer with an updated estimated completion date.

Shipping

Shipping times shown during checkout are separate from production times unless specifically stated otherwise.

Average Joe’s 3D is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, incorrect customer addresses, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Local Pickup & Retail Locations

Certain products may be available for local pickup or through independent retail locations such as PickTown Marketplace.

Inventory available at retail locations may differ from inventory shown online.

Pricing may also differ between the website and retail locations because of retail fees, commissions, promotions, or other costs associated with each sales channel.

Payment

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is confirmed.

Payment processing services may be provided by Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, or other third-party payment providers.

Average Joe’s 3D does not control the policies, processing times, or services of third-party payment providers.

Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, prices, photos, specifications, and other website information accurate.

Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order when necessary.
