How Custom Orders Work
Tell Us Your Idea
Send a description along with any photos, sketches, measurements, links, or reference images that help explain what you’re looking for.
We Review the Project
We’ll look at design options, size, materials, colors, print time, finishing, and any other details needed to build your project.
You Receive a Quote
Once we understand the project, we’ll provide pricing and an estimated production timeframe before moving forward.
We Bring It to Life
After the details are approved, we move into design, printing, assembly, finishing, and quality checking before your order is ready.
What Should You Send Us?
- A description of what you want made.
- Photos, drawings, screenshots, or inspiration images if you have them.
- Approximate size or dimensions.
- Preferred colors and any special details.
- How many you need.
- Your deadline or event date, if there is one.
- An STL, 3MF, OBJ, or other 3D model file if you already have one.
Please note: Not every idea can be produced exactly as submitted. Pricing and production time depend on size, complexity, materials, design work, finishing, quantity, and available commercial permissions. We’ll review the project with you before anything is finalized.
